A leading MEP Contractor specializing in the Data Centre industry, with over 100 years of experience. Currently delivering two data centres in the Hayes area. They require a Lead Mechanical Commissioning Manager.Description:To provide strategic and tactical mechanical commissioning management support to the project team for engineering processes, primarily on commercial and critical environment projects. Focuses on quality in all aspects of commissioning management, including planning, programming, reporting, collaborative working, and witnessing.General Duties:As a Commissioning Manager, you will manage and drive the commissioning process and lead on-site functional testing. Success in this role requires experience in technical buildings, strong communication and people skills, and resourcefulness.Responsibilities:Manage the commissioning process with contractors and professional teams, ensuring effective communication within the wider project management team. Ensure proper compliance at each project stage.Perform commissionability and design reviews.Implement and manage quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures related to all aspects of the commissioning process.Issue weekly commissioning reports.Write, compile, and contribute technical input to formal change control processes.Conduct regular reviews of construction against the approved design and implement mitigation/recovery plans as needed.Manage, coordinate, review, and input to commissioning procedures and review RAMS prior to ..... full job details .....
