Bench Assembler / Finishing Operative Location: Norfolk Salary: £13.50 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm (40 hours)Overtime: Available The Company We re recruiting on behalf of a well-established composites manufacturer based in Norfolk, supplying high-quality products across the marine, aerospace, and automotive sectors.This is a small, growing business with a strong reputation for quality and exciting expansion plans offering long-term stability and a friendly, hands-on working environment. The Role This is a hands-on role focused on the final assembly and finishing of composite products before dispatch.You ll be working at the bench, ensuring components are completed to a high standard and ready for delivery.Key responsibilities: Assembling components using nuts, bolts, fixings, and fittingsDrilling holes and preparing parts for final assemblyBasic finishing and preparation work on GRP productsPacking finished items, including protective wrapping (bubble wrap, etc.)Checking products for quality and completeness before dispatchSupporting the wider production team as required What We re Looking For Mechanically minded with good hands-on skillsExperience in assembly, production, or workshop environmentsConfident using hand tools and basic power toolsGood attention to detail and pride in your workReliable, team-focused, and willing to get stuck in What s on Offer £13.50 per hourOvertime availableStable Monday Friday hoursFriendly, small team ..... full job details .....
