The Role
 
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor to join our site based team in Farrington. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of engineers, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance works across client sites.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and coordinate a team of mechanical and electrical engineers.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and minor project works.
• Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service and communication.
• Carry out site audits, risk assessments, and method statements as required.
• Manage on-call rota and provide technical support where necessary.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and ensure KPIs/SLAs are achieved.
• Assist with quotations, small works, and reporting as required.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or Facilities Management.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building services.
• Qualified in either electrical or mechanical discipline (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• 18th Edition (desirable if electrically biased).
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workloads, prioritise, and motivate a team effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.
