Reading £400 per day (Inside IR35) 6-month contractWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Manager to lead the delivery of housing repairs and maintenance services across gas, plumbing, and electrical workstreams within a busy local authority environment.Based in Reading, this is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing both in-house teams and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery across reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and external contracts.
