The Role:

We are seeking a well-qualified Mathematics Teacher with strong subject knowledge to inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 to 5. This is a full-time position that involves full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment. The school is keen to support Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and offers excellent training opportunities for teachers looking to develop and progress in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5.
• Inspire and motivate students to develop confidence and enthusiasm in Mathematics.
• Take on full teacher responsibilities, including lesson planning, assessment, and attending meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in extra-curricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and career progression.

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
• Specialism in Mathematics.
• Two references from recent employers within the education sector.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
