Position: Mathematics Teacher (Full-Time, Terms 5 andamp; 6)

Are you a qualified and experienced Mathematics teacher ready to hit the ground running£ Supply Desk is working with an outstanding Grammar School in Medway that are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their high-achieving department for Terms 5 and 6.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and skilled Mathematics Teacher with strong subject knowledge and experience planning and delivering engaging lessons to KS3 students. The successful candidate will play a key role in inspiring and challenging students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons to KS3 students, ensuring lessons are engaging and well-structured.
• Differentiate instruction to support students of varying abilities and learning styles.
• Take on full teaching responsibilities, including marking, assessments, and participating in department meetings.
• Maintain high expectations of student progress and behaviour in line with the schoolandrsquo;s outstanding standards.
• Contribute to the wider school community and support extracurricular activities where possible.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Specialism in Mathematics and experience teaching KS3
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging, effective lessons
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work independently from day one
