About the Role:

• Plan and deliver dynamic, challenging, and inclusive Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that promotes inclusion and engagement
• Utilise a range of formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor student progress and guide instructional planning
• Encourage the development of numerical fluency, critical thinking, and a growth mindset
• Build positive and effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support both academic progress and personal growth
• Actively contribute to the broader school community through extracurricular clubs, targeted interventions, and enrichment opportunities

The ideal candidate will:

• Experienced in teaching Mathematics at secondary level (KS3 and KS4; experience with KS5 is an advantage but not essential)
• A passionate, resilient, and reflective practitioner with a strong commitment to teaching
• Dedicated to safeguarding, inclusive education, and promoting student wellbeing
• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge, effective communication, and confident classroom management skills
• Committed to ongoing professional development and working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
