About the Role:
- Plan and deliver well-structured Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, aligned with the national curriculum
- Foster positive, consistent relationships with students who may have experienced educational disruption or disengagement
- Encourage positive behaviour for learning and uphold clear, consistent classroom routines
- Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and trust colleagues to support student development
- Support students in building confidence not only in Maths, but also in their overall self-belief and personal growth
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred but not essential
- Confident in planning and delivering the KS3 and KS4 Physical Education curriculum, including GCSE content
- Skilled in managing challenging behaviour while fostering a positive and productive learning environment
- Demonstrates strong classroom presence, resilience, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Committed to restorative practices and promoting an inclusive approach to education
