About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons up to Key Stage 4
- Create a positive and focused learning environment through confident classroom management
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning
- Incorporate creative teaching strategies, real-world applications, and technology to make maths engaging and relevant
- Monitor and assess student progress through assignments, assessments, and constructive feedback
- Provide targeted support to students requiring additional help, promoting an inclusive and supportive classroom
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A strong passion for mathematics and solid subject knowledge
- Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
- Energetic, adaptable, and committed to inspiring learners
- Open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to begin their teaching journey
