You''ll be joining a supportive specialist setting, working with pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, ADHD and trauma-related needs.The role would suit an experienced Maths Teacher, an educator with SEN or alternative provision experience, or someone with strong Maths teaching experience who is keen to move into specialist education.The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering engaging and accessible Maths lessons across KS3, KS4 and Post-16, adapting your teaching to suit individual abilities and learning needs.Your responsibilities will include:Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated Maths lessonsTeaching Functional Skills, Entry Level and GCSE Maths where appropriateAdapting lessons around individual learning profiles and EHCP outcomesUsing practical resources, visual scaffolding, chunking and other creative teaching strategiesSupporting pupils with their confidence, engagement and emotional regulationMonitoring progress and identifying areas where ..... full job details .....
