GCSE English and Maths Teacher (Part-Time)Knowle, Bristol Start Date: ASAP Salary: MPS/UPS (Paid to Scale) 3 Days Per WeekFive Education is recruiting on behalf of a specialist Post-16 Alternative Provision in Knowle, Bristol.We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to deliver GCSE English (1.5 days per week) and GCSE Maths (1.5 days per week) within a small and supportive Post-16 Alternative Provision.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a small cohort of learners, all of whom have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The provision prides itself on offering personalised support, positive relationships, and a nurturing environment that enables young people to achieve their potential both academically and personally.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Delivering engaging GCSE English and/or GCSE Maths lessons.Planning and adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs and abilities.Supporting learners with SEND to access the curriculum and achieve their qualifications.Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.Monitoring progress and contributing to educational reviews and target setting.Working collaboratively with support staff and the wider team to maximise outcomes for learners.About YouWe welcome applications from teachers who:Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Have experience teaching GCSE English and/or GCSE Maths.Have experience supporting young people with SEND, SEMH needs, or within alternative ..... full job details .....
