This pivotal role requires a visionary leader to drive academic excellence, foster a culture of mathematical reasoning, and ensure outstanding progress for all students in Mathematics.

The Role

The Head of Maths will:

• Provide strategic leadership and management for the entire Maths department.
• Oversee curriculum design, assessment, and the quality of teaching and learning across KS3-5.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of highly skilled Maths teachers.
• Manage departmental resources and budget effectively.
• Promote numeracy across the school and foster a love of problem-solving.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an exceptional Maths teacher with QTS/QTLS and proven leadership experience who:

• Possesses an outstanding track record of improving student outcomes in Mathematics.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Is passionate about fostering mathematical fluency and logical reasoning.
