Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Master Technician to join our Transit Centre in Northampton.As a master technician you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceededCoach and monitor the technical workforce within the service departmentMaintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer trainingUphold company and manufacturer quality standardsEnsure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processesSalary and terms
This position is offered on a full-time 45 hour working week paying
£44,800
with an OTE of
£52,000
reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Master Technician earnings were
£55,000
last year!Required Skills and Experience
To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes and skills:A full UK driving licenceExperience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehiclesPrevious senior technician or master technician level qualification or experienceMOT Tester qualification would be very advantageousFantastic verbal and written English skillsPrevious experience working in a franchised dealershipWhy Allen Motor Group?
