Master Technician - Northampton Transit Centre

OverviewAllen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Master Technician to join our Transit Centre in Northampton.
Responsibilities
Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
Coach and monitor the technical workforce within the service department
Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
Role DetailsThis position is offered on a full-time 45 hour working week paying £44,800 with an OTE of £52,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Master Technician earnings were £55,000 last year!
Qualifications
Minimum requirement: City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
A full UK driving licence
Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
Previous senior technician or master technician level qualification or experience
MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Previous experience working in a franchised dealership
