YOUR MISSION

As our new Marketing UK Lead

you’ll lead the transformation from a centrally steered marketing approach to a locally empowered structure – starting with you. You will act as the strategic and operational lead for all local brand and marketing activities and play a key role in building the yfood brand in one of our most promising international markets.You combine deep local marketing expertise with strong digital and social media competence and understand how to activate a brand across channels and communities. You''re able to work within a matrix structure and know how to collaborate across central and local teams. You''re not just a planner – you''re a builder.

Your Responsibilities

Own the local marketing strategy and adapt the global brand platform for the UK marketDrive brand awareness, relevance and credibility through culturally resonant storytellingEnsure consistent brand activation across retail, social, digital, influencer, partnerships and PRTranslate consumer insights into tailored campaigns and own the UK brand calendarBuild and lead the UK marketing team step by step – starting with yourselfCollaborate closely with the international teams in Munich (Social, Brand Activation, Influencer, CRM, Performance, Trade Marketing) and lead for consistent and holistic local execution.Prepare for future team growth (e.g. Junior Brand Activation, Trade Marketing UK) and define the needed roles and workflows accordinglyLead the implementation of campaigns across all major brand channels, integrating Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Content Creation, Brand Activation and POSCollaborate with the Retail team to support sell-in, listings and in-store executionsEnsure strong performance tracking, KPI monitoring and budget efficiency across initiativesReporting to the UK Country Manager, act as a strong marketing counterpartwith clear ownership for the brand sideFoster alignment and collaboration with central functions in Munich HQ (Media, Creative, Digital, E-Commerce, Trade)Ensure seamless cross-functional execution across local and central teamsWhat We OfferThe opportunity to build a local marketing organisation from the ground upA high-impact leadership role in one of our top priority growth marketsStrong central support and mentorship from Munich HQ while owning the UK visionA dynamic, bold and international team cultureThe chance to shape one of the most exciting food tech brands in Europe

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Native English speaker or fluent in English with a deep understanding of UK consumer culture and media landscape5–8 years experience in Brand Marketing or Integrated Marketing Roles in FMCG, DTC, Lifestyle or FoodProven track record in building brands, owning campaigns and leading channel executionStrong social media, influencer, and content marketing expertiseComfortable working in matrix organizations with dotted reporting lines and international collaborationStrategic thinker with a hands-on builder mindsetAnalytical skills and marketing planning experience (budget, ROI, KPIs, etc.)Entrepreneurial, driven and collaborative
