Senior Site Manager / Critical Facilities Operations Lead , overseeing the operations of a large-scale data centre campus in the UK. This is the most senior operational management role in the UK and demands a proven leader who can foster a high-performance culture, ensure resilience, and drive continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations across a 24/7 mission-critical environment with direct oversight of hard and soft FM services.Manage a large, diverse in-house team alongside a strong, established leadership structure.Full accountability for site-level financials, including, CAPEX, cost Management and contract administration,Oversight and management of sub-contractors, vendors, and specialist service providers.Serve as the technical point of escalation for complex systems and incidents.Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.Drive initiatives focused on energy efficiency, sustainability, and best-in-class engineering practice.Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and positive workplace environment.Your ProfileYou are a consultative, open-minded, and hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence.
