The Role You will drive retail brand and marketing strategies that transform hit entertainment titles into lasting global franchises. From mass retailers to speciality accounts and e-commerce, you will shape the retail marketing mix (in-store, digital, influencer, and social commerce) to build maximum buzz and drive product sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute high-impact, omni-channel retail marketing campaigns with key UK retail partners and licensees. Lead marketing initiatives across Hardlines categories (toys, collectibles, home goods, etc.). Define digital, social, and in-store strategy (influencer partnerships, display, SEO, sponsored products). Collaborate cross-functionally with global studio teams, creative agencies, and retail buyers to champion innovative, out-of-the-box concepts. Manage retail marketing budgets and end-to-end campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.
