This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to take ownership of the brand''s planning and coordination across marketing, events and partnerships end-to-end, while managing the marketing calendar and go-to-market plan across the business. Working closely with the CEO and managing the Creative Lead, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in protecting and building the brand''s position as the world''s most recognisable luxury motorcycle helmet brand. The Role: Own and manage the annual marketing calendar and go-to-market plan, aligning product launches, campaigns, events and channel activity throughout the year. Define and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and customer acquisition activity across all relevant channels, tracking and reporting performance against agreed KPIs. Protect and develop the brand''s luxury positioning, tone of voice and visual identity across every customer touchpoint. Own the events and partnerships strategy end-to-end, including defining and delivering the annual events calendar, organising and attending events, and managing brand partnerships and activations.
