Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Officer will play a key role in delivering integrated campaigns that drive engagement and success across ticketing, premium seating, events and experiences, Inside Lord''s, and other commercial products. This role will have a strong focus on audience growth - aimed at growing the MCC and Lord''s audience whilst continually improving engagement with new and existing customers.They will collaborate across departments to ensure campaigns land with impact and consistency, while also coordinating with external agencies, including the paid media agency, to ensure activity is delivered to brief, on time, and to the highest standard.The role will also have a strong analytical element, with responsibility for monitoring and reporting on campaign performance. Utilising data, the Marketing Executive will provide insights that help refine future plans, strengthen audience engagement, and maximise the impact of marketing campaigns.Key tasks and accountabilities

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels that contribute to a wider audience growth strategy - aimed at growing the MCC and Lord''s audience whilst continually improving engagement with new and existing customers.Develop and execute on campaigns to support multiple departments including ticketing, premium seating, events and experiences, Inside Lord''s, and other commercial products.Use analytics to support insights and learnings from marketing campaigns, sharing findings with the Marketing Manager for future refinements.Work with the Digital Products Executive to ensure the Lord''s website is regularly updated in line with ongoing marketing and social campaigns.Coordinate with external agencies, including the paid media agency, to ensure campaigns are delivered on brief and on time.Collaborate with the Marcomms, Commercial and other key teams to promote MCC''s commercial activity.Support the briefing process for campaigns, ensuring assets are correctly specified and prepared.Assist with day-to-day edits and updates across owned digital channels to maintain relevance and accuracy.Note: This job profile is not an exhaustive or definitive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks, and duties. Relevant marketing experience (agency preferred).Ability to analyse data and use insight to effectively support the implementation of a variety of campaign activities.Strong copywriting skills and literacy levels.Well organised and able to prioritise multiple projects with strong time management skills.Strong inter-personal and communication skills.Have an interest and level of understanding of cricket.MCC is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
