Marketing Manager Required! On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape the brand strategy, drive awareness and demand across both trade and retail markets, manage a team of two, and contribute to key commercial decisions.This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and practical delivery. The ideal candidate will be a confident user of AI, applying it to market research, insight generation, and content creation to deliver commercially effective, brand-consistent marketing.Package:Monday-Friday 9am - 5:00pm FULLY OFFICE BASED.Company pension schemeSalary up to 60,000 (DOE)Opportunity to earn two discretionary bonuses annually, based on company profit25 days holiday + bank holidaysMarketing Manager - Responsibilities:Lead brand strategy, annual marketing plans, and integrated campaigns across trade and consumer channels to support business growth.Present marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to the MD and senior leadership team.Use AI-powered research and analytics tools including Perplexity Enterprise, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Statista, Qualtrics, and GA4 to identify market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.Apply customer insights and predictive analytics to shape commercial strategy and audience development.Deliver AI-enabled content creation ..... full job details .....
