We are looking for an experienced and driven

Marketing Manager

to take charge of the team and operations that keep Sketch Dental running smoothly. Reporting to our Operations Director, you will ensure that our campaigns are delivered to the highest standards, our team is performing at its best, and our clients remain delighted with the service we provide. This is a pivotal role within the agency, requiring strategic oversight, operational efficiency, and a strong passion for marketing results.Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Manage, inspire, and support a team of marketing specialists.Operational Oversight:

Oversee the agency’s daily operations, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of client deliverables is consistently excellent.Campaign Coordination:

Oversee and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives.Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyse team and campaign performance, using insights to improve processes and outcomes.Client Support:

Work closely with account managers to ensure clients’ needs are consistently met and exceeded.Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to refine and improve internal workflows and procedures.Industry Expertise:

Stay on top of trends and developments in dental marketing, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.Candidate Attributes
