Purpose of the RoleTo plan, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth objectives. The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team, oversee budgets, and ensure all activities align with the company’s vision and goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy across digital, print, and event channels.
Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and KPIs.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.
Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Lead the content creation process for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
Analyse campaign performance using metrics and analytics tools; prepare regular reports for senior management.
Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
Coordinate marketing activities with sales teams to ensure alignment and support for revenue targets.
Organise and attend trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and CRM systems.
Experience in the tyre or commercial vehicle industry would be an advantage but not essential.
