Marketing Manager
to act as the glue between our teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and our brand shines consistently across every channel.About The RoleThe Marketing Manager will support the Central Brand Marketing team by planning, coordinating, and optimising global campaigns and initiatives. You’ll keep our marketing machine running on time, on budget, and in sync with our strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves connecting the dots across complex projects, and has the confidence to remove blockers before they become issues.What You’ll Do
Lead planning and execution of marketing initiatives by managing the central calendar, defining deliverables, and anticipating risksSet clear campaign structures with timelines, responsibilities, and mitigation plans to keep projects on trackBuild robust reporting systems to track performance, share insights, and recommend improvementsFacilitate post-campaign reviews to embed learnings and continuously optimise resultsStrengthen cross-team collaboration by aligning with Product, Sales, Retail, and Marketing stakeholdersAct as a brand guardian to ensure consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all channelsServe as the central connector for cross-functional efforts, removing blockers and streamlining processesDeliver campaigns with impact (on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards)Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability that drives alignment and effective executionYou’ll be great for this role if
3-5+ years'' experience in marketing project management, campaign coordination, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing or international companyStrong organisational skills with experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projectsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesA keen eye for brand consistency and creative qualityData-driven mindset, with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysisComfortable working across time zones and adapting to changing prioritiesWhy you should join SumUp
