Marketing DirectorLondon / Hybrid £DOE An exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Director to join a high-profile, growing membership organisation. Membership or association experience is essential. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked within a membership organisation, professional body, trade association or similar environment. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead a small marketing team and shape the organisation s marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, member engagement and commercial growth. You will have responsibility for: Developing and delivering the marketing and brand strategy. Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, CRM, email, SEO and advertising. Driving member engagement, acquisition and retention. Leading and developing the marketing team. Working closely with the CEO, Board and senior stakeholders. What we re looking for: Significant marketing experience within a membership/association environment essential. Senior leadership and team management experience. Strategic yet hands-on approach. Strong B2B and senior stakeholder experience. Excellent understanding of digital marketing, CRM, content, social and automation. Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
