This is a hands-on role where you\''ll help us refresh our brand, build a new website, and optimise our digital presence - alongside delivering engaging marketing across both businesses.What you\''ll be doing
Leading on our
branding refresh
project - ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact across all channelsCoordinating the
design and launch of a new website
that reflects our values and strengthens our digital presenceShaping and delivering
marketing campaigns
that elevate our brand and drive engagement with clients, candidates, and learnersCreating and maintaining
brochures, decks, and branded collateral
that showcase our distinctive style and voiceSupporting
events and webinars , including promotion, communications, and materials to ensure high visibility and attendanceManaging and optimising
social media posting and scheduling
across LinkedIn and other platforms to grow reach and engagementDriving visibility by implementing
SEO best practices
across our website, blogs, and campaignsAnalysing and reporting on
Google Ads performance
to help optimise campaigns and improve ROIUsing
AI tools
to support content creation, research, and campaign optimisationWhat we\''re looking for
Someone
creative with a brilliant sense of style
and an eye for brand identity and designA
confident communicator
who can capture attention with words, visuals, and storytellingExperience with
SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and digital marketing tools
(e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot/Mailchimp, scheduling platforms)Comfortable using
AI tools
(ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to enhance marketing and communicationsA collaborative
team player
who thrives in a supportive, high-energy environmentExperience with
Thinkific
(or other learning platforms)Background in
recruitment, HR, or training
environmentsPrevious involvement in
