This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who want to build a career in a professional manufacturing environment.This role follows a clear progression path: you will begin with the packing and palletizing of products and, through structured training over your first 12 months, transition into a Manufacturing Technician II role involving chemical filling and machinery operation.Key ResponsibilitiesPacking and Dispatch: Pack various products into multiple container styles and outer packaging according to specific work orders.Equipment Operation: Operate manual and automatic processing equipment, including filling machines and labellers.Precision Handling: Use weighing and measuring equipment to ensure batches meet accurate quantity and material requirements.Quality Control: Match batch numbers and chemical codes against schedules to ensure 100% accuracy.Safety and Maintenance: Follow all COSHH and health and safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean workspace (5S standards).Logistics: Palletize, strap, and stretch-wrap completed packs for safe transfer to the warehouse.RequirementsSafety Conscious: A strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental ..... full job details .....
