Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Manufacturing Team Leader to join our client s team based in Braintree. The Manufacturing Team Leader role is a pivotal, hands-on role responsible for steering the day-to-day operations of their assigned department. You will drive operational excellence by championing a ''safety-first'' culture, ensuring all work adheres to the highest health and safety standards. Your core focus will be on achieving production performance targets and guaranteeing exceptional product quality through effective people leadership, where you will guide, motivate, and develop your team to foster a safe, engaged, and high-achieving work environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage a team of 6 - 10 operatives. Drive the team to consistently achieve cycle-time adherence, ensuring all products are built and assembled to meet time-critical deadlines. Proactively manage the maintenance, certification, and repair of all section instruments and tools to ensure maximum availability and operational readiness. Support with alleviating day-to-day production issues as they occur. Providing staff with clear guidance on how to resolve issues in an efficient time-frame.
