Landscaping Team Leader

Start 2026 with a new job - Permanent Full Time - Job Opportunity Landscaping Team Leader for a company based just outside Ledbury. Permanent job paying to 34,255.00 per year + 20 Days Holiday (and Bank Holidays), overtime, pension and company van. As the Landscaping Team Leader you will be: Responsible for and working alongside a small team of soft landscapers. Installing the soft landscaping on new build housing developments (show homes, sales areas and standard plots). Responsible for completing weekly van checks. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to their high standards. Responsible for checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured. To be considered as the Landscaping Team Leader you will need: A minimum of two years soft landscaping experience. Team leading experience. A good knowledge of plants and trees To enjoy working outside in all weather conditions. Ideally your CSCS card. Experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites. A driving licence.
