Riada are recruiting for a Syrup Room Operator to join a leading manufacturing company based in Ballymena. The Role: £12.75 per hour day shift £14.66 per hour night shift Rates reviewed following successful completion of the 3-month trial period Full-time, permanent position 4-week rotating day and night shift pattern Duties: Blend ingredients to produce bulk syrup batches in line with manufacturing instructions Follow recipes and production instructions accurately to ensure consistent product quality Carry out syrup testing, quality checks and approvals Complete manual handling duties, including lifting bags weighing up to 25kg and moving materials Return raw materials to storage while maintaining full traceability Maintain accurate batch production, monitoring and usage records Minimise product waste and maintain high standards of housekeeping Follow all health and safety, hygiene and PPE requirements Identify and report production or quality issues promptly Work closely with the Syrup Room Lead and wider production team to ensure production schedules are achieved Criteria: Previous experience within a manufacturing, production ..... full job details .....
