• Training and developing staff
• Dealing with any issues on site, problem solving
• Working within an Engineering and Production environment

Experience required for a Manufacturing Manager based in Leamington Spa

• Strong Leadership Skills and Experience
• Degree Qualified Engineering / Manufacturing
• 5 Years + Manufacturing Leadership
• Engineering and Production Background.
