Manufacturing Engineer

You''ll ensure processes meet quality and safety standards while helping the business scale into a more efficient, high-performing manufacturing environment.Manufacturing EngineerPermanentDependent on ExperienceMonday - Friday 8.30am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)GloucesterManufacturing EngineerRole Responsibilities:Drive process improvements using lean manufacturing techniques.Provide hands-on technical support to resolve production issues.Develop strategies to reduce waste and boost productivity and cost-efficiency.Work closely with the Quality team to maintain and improve standards and performance metrics.Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through to full production.Specify, design, and implement tools, fixtures, and equipment to improve efficiency and safety.Manufacturing EngineerSkills and Qualifications:Degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.Proven experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.Proficient in SolidWorks, with experience using PDM ..... full job details .....
