Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Surrey, UKEmployment Type: PermanentAbout the RoleWe''re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support new vehicle programmes from concept through to series production.Working closely with Engineering and Operations teams, you''ll help develop manufacturing processes, assembly concepts, and production strategies for future vehicle programmes.Key Responsibilities Develop vehicle assembly concepts and manufacturing processesSupport new model introductions from prototype to productionCreate PFMEAs and process documentationOwn and maintain Hours Per Car (HPC) dataConduct line balancing and time andamp; motion studiesSupport facility layout and material flow improvementsCollaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to resolve production challenges Required Experience Degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)Experience within Manufacturing Engineering environmentsKnowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI), Vehicle assembly processes, Trim andamp; Final Assembly, End-of-Line Processing and Process development and optimisationExperience in identifying and resolving manufacturing and quality issues Nice to Have Automotive manufacturing experienceLow-volume, high-value production environmentsDFMEA/PFMEA experienceAssembly equipment specification and procurementFacility layout and material flow planning Interview Process Multi-stage interview processIf you''re passionate about manufacturing ..... full job details .....
