Manufacturing Engineer

They’re looking for someone who can take ownership of production setup today and grow into the Head of Manufacturing tomorrow.

What you’ll be doing

• Establishing and scaling in-house production processes from scratch
• Ensuring compliance across manufacturing activities, including audits and regulatory requirements
• Working closely with suppliers to build and optimise a robust supply chain
• Identifying, onboarding, and managing new suppliers as the company scales
• Collaborating with R&D teams to translate innovative designs into efficient, repeatable manufacturing
• Driving continuous improvement across quality, cost, and delivery

• A manufacturing engineer with experience setting up or improving production environments
• Strong understanding of compliance, quality systems, and audit processes
• Confident communicator who can work with suppliers and internal teams
