They re looking for someone who can take ownership of production setup today and grow into the Head of Manufacturing tomorrow. What you ll be doing Establishing and scaling in house production processes from scratch Ensuring compliance across manufacturing activities, including audits and regulatory requirements Working closely with suppliers to build and optimise a robust supply chain Identifying, onboarding, and managing new suppliers as the company scales Collaborating with RandD teams to translate innovative designs into efficient, repeatable manufacturing Driving continuous improvement across quality, cost, and delivery What they re looking for A manufacturing engineer with experience setting up or improving production environments Strong understanding of compliance, quality systems, and audit processes Confident communicator who can work with suppliers and internal teams Someone proactive, adaptable, and excited by the challenge of building manufacturing capability from the ground up Ambition to step into a leadership role as the company grows Why join?
