Blue Arrow is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer on a permanent basis for our client based in LlanSalary: 40-45k per annumHours: Monday to Friday DAYSContract: PermanentPosition SummaryTo support the development, launch, optimization, and continuous improvement of EV battery remanufacturing operations. This position will play a key role in supporting OEM battery programs involving battery disassembly, energy discharge, testing, diagnostics, remanufacturing, repair, and material recovery processes.The Manufacturing Engineer will serve as the technical owner for assigned manufacturing processes and will be responsible for developing safe, efficient, and scalable operations that deliver exceptional quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with Operations, Quality, Program Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and OEM customer teams, this individual will drive process development, capital equipment implementation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.The successful candidate will combine strong manufacturing engineering expertise with a hands-on approach to process development, problem solving, and production support within a safety-critical environment.
