Job Title: MandE Quantity Surveyor Location: Cambridge Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 Benefits: Car, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, private healthcare, company pension A national MandE Contractor are looking for a MandE Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Cambridge. The company provides MandE services to a wide range of clients and businesses across a multitude of sectors including MOD, HMP, Commercial, Education and Healthcare. These projects are typically valued up to 10M. As the MandE Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for financial aspects of the projects, for allocated packages working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and Project Managers. The successful candidate will be manage all MandE financial and contractual aspects from initial calculations to the final account. As the MandE Quantity Surveyor you will have the following responsibilities: Preparing project costs and contracts. Preparing tender documents, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. Collaborate with quantity surveyors and project managers, assisting with risk management and cost control throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure successful project delivery. Compiling monthly applications Costing and agreeing project variation accounts Review client payment notices. Negotiating and producing subcontract orders for supply chain.
