Job Title: Junior MandE Quantity Surveyor Location: Cambridge Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 Benefits: 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays, company pension A national MandE Contractor are looking for a Junior MandE Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Cambridge. The company provides MandE services to a wide range of clients and businesses across a multitude of sectors including MOD, HMP, Commercial, Education and Healthcare. These projects are typically valued up to 10M. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Junior MandE Quantity Surveyor to develop their career in quantity surveying within a supportive environment. The role is open to someone with experience in the MandE industry looking to come off the tools and step into the commercial side of projects or a newly qualified quantity surveyor graduate who is keen to gain valuable knowledge and guidance to various stages of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to project close out from an experienced commercial team. The successful candidate will be assisting the commercial and operations teams by helping manage all MandE financial and contractual aspects from initial calculations to the final account.
