MandE Quantity Surveyor Location: Central LondonSalary: £85,000 £100,000 + Excellent BenefitsOverview An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced MandE Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing MandE contractor delivering commercial fit-out projects across London.The company is experiencing significant year-on-year growth, currently expanding at approximately 33% annually, and is looking to strengthen its commercial team with multiple new hires.Working on commercial fit-out projects with values of up to £10m, this role offers an attractive opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a growing business.There is also significant scope for progression into Commercial Management positions, making this an excellent long-term opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial and financial aspects of MandE packages across commercial fit-out projects.Prepare and manage valuations, applications, payments, and variations.Manage subcontractor accounts and ensure commercial performance is maintained.Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.Assist with the procurement and negotiation of subcontract packages.Assess variations, change control, and additional costs.Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare monthly commercial reports and financial forecasts.Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, ..... full job details .....
