MandE Project Manager

Streamline Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Permanent MandE Project Manager to join a reputable subcontractor company based in the West London/Home Counties area. The successful candidate will oversee MandE projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, managing project schedules, and maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance. A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills are essential to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on manager who can adapt to project needs and lead a team to success. Proven experience as an MandE Project Manager within the subcontracting or construction industry. Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems and project requirements. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to MandE projects. Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering would be advantageous.
