Our client, a leading Principal Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering major construction projects across the UK, is looking to appoint an experienced MandE Manager to join the team on a large-scale project in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for the mechanical and electrical services, overseeing both the design and delivery of the MandE package through to completion.The RoleAs MandE Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical elements of the project from design development through to installation, commissioning and handover. Working alongside the Project Manager, Design Team and wider delivery team, you will coordinate MandE subcontractors, manage technical and design queries and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the design, coordination and delivery of all mechanical and electrical services.Manage and coordinate specialist MandE subcontractors throughout the project.Review MandE drawings, specifications, technical submissions and design information.Work closely with the design team and consultants to identify and resolve technical issues.Ensure MandE services are fully coordinated with the architectural, structural and wider construction programme.Monitor MandE installation works to ensure they are completed ..... full job details .....
