MandE Manager

The client:Our client is delivering a major residential development in Essex. The project is scheduled to continue through to 2028, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced MandE professional to join the project team and play a key role in the successful delivery of the development.Due to continued project requirements, they are looking to appoint an experienced MandE Manager to oversee the mechanical and electrical elements of the works from construction through to completion.The role:As MandE Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical and electrical services across the residential project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will oversee MandE subcontractors and specialist contractors, coordinate services with the wider construction programme and work closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers, design teams and wider project team.The role will involve reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information, resolving design and coordination issues, managing RFIs and technical queries, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring MandE installations are delivered in accordance with project specifications and relevant regulations.
