MandE Manager

We are looking for an experienced MandE Manager to manage the mechanical and electrical packages on a student accommodation development in Ealing. You will be responsible for coordinating the MandE works from design and installation through to testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors on site. Coordinate MandE works with the construction, design and fit-out teams. Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions. Manage RFIs and resolve design and coordination issues. Monitor MandE progress against the construction programme. Oversee quality inspections, benchmarks, snagging and close-out. Ensure works comply with relevant specifications, Building Regulations and HandS requirements. Manage testing and commissioning of MandE systems. Coordinate OandM manuals, as-built information and handover documentation. Report progress, risks and key issues to the Project Manager/Director. Experience Required: Previous experience as an MandE/MEP Manager on student accommodation, residential, hotel or similar projects. Strong mechanical and electrical building services knowledge. Experience managing MandE subcontractors through installation and commissioning. Good understanding of construction sequencing and MandE coordination.
