MandE Manager - Mechanical

MandE Manager Mechanical Bias 12-Month Freelance Contract London £350 £400 per day Our client is a growing main contractor with an expanding portfolio of residential developments across London. We are currently recruiting an experienced MandE Manager with a strong mechanical bias to join their team on a 12-month freelance contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MandE professional looking for a long-term freelance position, with responsibility for multiple residential developments and the opportunity to take ownership of the MandE delivery from pre-start through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Commercial teams, consultants, subcontractors and the wider supply chain to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. The role will initially cover two live residential developments, with a third Central London project expected to commence within approximately three months, providing excellent continuity of work throughout the 12-month contract.
