MandE Manager (Repairs and Compliance)Location: Dagenham (Hybrid Working) Salary: 65,000 + benefitsThe OpportunityWe''re looking for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Manager to lead the delivery of a critical safety and repairs service within a fast-paced and growing organisation.This role sits at the heart of operational delivery, ensuring that MandE works across fire, electrical, water and gas safety are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.If you''re a strong technical leader with experience managing contractors, compliance, and complex maintenance programmes, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact.Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery and ComplianceLead the delivery of the MandE safety and repairs service, ensuring full compliance with regulations (NICEIC, Fire, Water, Gas)Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to minimise downtimeManage MandE plant replacement projects from specification through to commissioningContract and Contractor ManagementManage contractors and consultants, ensuring strong performance management and KPI reportingLead contract meetings, procurement activity, and framework deliveryReview invoices, manage variations, and ensure value for moneyFinancial and Performance ManagementManage and forecast workstream budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiencyAnalyse service performance data and drive continuous improvementEscalate risks and underperformance where ..... full job details .....
