We''re working with a well-backed developer/main contractor in London, looking to appoint an experienced MEP Manager to work on a project in Wembley. This is a key delivery role on large-scale student accommodation project overseeing all mechanical, electrical and public health packages. You''ll be working closely with construction, design and subcontractor teams to drive delivery on complex projects. You''ll be responsible for programme, coordination, quality and compliance across all building services elements. Key responsibilities include:Managing MEP subcontractors through procurement, installation and commissioning phasesCoordinating design development and resolving technical challengesDriving programme and ensuring works are delivered in line with key milestonesOverseeing quality assurance and commissioning processesLiaising with consultants, local authorities and utility providersSupporting integration of services within architecturally led schemesWhat we''re looking for:Proven experience as an MEP Manager or Senior Building Services Manager on large-scale London developmentsTrack record delivering projects valued at 100m+Strong technical understanding across mechanical, electrical and public health systemsExperience working for a developer, main contractor or tier-one subcontractorCommercial awareness and ability to manage subcontractor performanceConfident communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders This is an opportunity to join a ..... full job details .....
