MandE Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced MandE Engineer to join a well-established building services maintenance team working across London and the South East. The role will involve working across high-end residential developments and office buildings, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a wide range of mechanical and electrical building systems. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone confident working independently in plant rooms and building services environments. Commercial Gas qualifications would be highly advantageous, as there is the opportunity to undertake commercial gas servicing and maintenance alongside the core MandE duties. However, these qualifications are not essential, and we welcome applications from experienced MandE Engineers without gas certifications. An enhanced salary package is available for candidates who hold relevant Commercial Gas qualifications. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical and electrical systems. Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC and building services equipment. Service and maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). Work on heating systems, including control interfaces and heating circuits. Attend reactive breakdowns and restore systems to full working order. Inspect, test, and maintain ventilation and cooling systems. Work with pumps, valves, and associated mechanical plant.
