With a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical projects across some of London''s most prestigious commercial, heritage, education and public sector buildings, the business prides itself on quality, collaboration and long-term client relationships. The company self-delivers a broad range of MandE services, refurbishment and maintenance projects across the capital. The Role Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple MandE projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager looking to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of London-based work. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple mechanical and electrical projects simultaneously. Lead Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
