Contract Manager - MandELocation: Cheltenham / West and South West EnglandSalary: 70,000 - 78,000 + BenefitsSector: MandE / Facilities Management / Government / DefenceEmployment Type: PermanentOptions Resourcing are working with one of the UK''s leading MandE and FM contractors to recruit an experienced Contract Manager to join their growing team.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of multiple MandE projects across the West and South West of England, working predominantly across MOD and government framework projects.The RoleAs a Contract Manager, you will work as part of an established delivery team, taking responsibility for the commercial and operational management of multiple projects.Key responsibilities will include:Managing multiple MandE projects with values of up to £3mSupporting the pricing and tendering of new opportunitiesLeading the pre-construction process for secured projectsManaging subcontractors and supply chain partnersAttending client meetings both remotely and on siteMonitoring project progress, costs and programmeMaintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholdersEnsuring projects are delivered safely, commercially and to the required quality standardsSupporting the continued development of the company''s presence across the South and South WestAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:A strong MandE backgroundPrevious experience working as a Contract Manager, Senior Project Manager ..... full job details .....
