Job Title: Contract ManagerLocation: North London / Home CountiesSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceSector: Passive Fire Protection / ConstructionA leading national Passive Fire Protection contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager to join their growing team, overseeing a portfolio of passive fire protection projects across London and surrounding areas.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager with a strong technical and commercial understanding of passive fire protection, including structural steel protection, intumescent coatings and fire doors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple passive fire protection contracts from commencement through to completion.Take overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, commercial performance and client relationships.Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.Oversee works including fire stopping, structural steel protection, intumescent paint/coatings and fire door installations.Liaise with Tier 1 contractors, main contractors, clients and other stakeholders.Monitor project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.Manage variations, valuations, applications for payment and commercial performance.Review project costs and identify opportunities to maximise profitability.Ensure all works comply with relevant specifications, manufacturers'' requirements and industry standards.Maintain strong standards of quality, health and safety and ..... full job details .....
