This role is ideal for someone who combines strong contractual knowledge with hands-on commercial leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Management - Lead commercial activities across MandE projects, ensuring strong cost control, risk management, and margin protection.Contract Administration - Manage NEC/JCT contracts, variations, claims, and change control processes.Cost and Value Reporting - Produce accurate CVRs, forecasts, and financial reports for senior leadership.Procurement Oversight - Oversee subcontract procurement, negotiation, and supply chain management.Project Support - Work closely with project managers to ensure commercial compliance and timely delivery.Client Engagement - Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.Candidate ProfileProven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS within the MandE contracting or building services sector.Strong working knowledge of NEC and JCT contract forms.Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of improving project profitability.Confident communicator capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in ..... full job details .....
